The Trustees of the Diocese of Vermont are a seven-member board elected by Diocesan Convention, one each year for a seven-year term. The Bishop and the Treasurer of the Diocese are members ex officio. Trustees hold title to all diocesan property, mission property and that of several parishes. They are responsible for all bequests to the Diocese, and a Unit Fund (making distributions quarterly) in which many congregations and diocesan institutions invest.
